We offer 1,15 hours guided trail rides on our beautiful ranch property. We will ride both on narrow trails and also in the Galisteo riverbed.
We have beginner friendly horses and also offer trail rides for advanced rides.
Beginners:
For beginners we make sure that you feel safe on your horse. During this ride we mainly slowly walk on the trail. You also have the possibility to book a 2 hours session that starts with a detailed introduction to horse riding including the hands-on preparation of your horse for the trail ride (grooming, saddling etc.).
Trail ride of 1,15 hours: $ 85
Hands-on lesson 0,45 hours and trail ride of 1,15 hours: $120
Advanced Riders:
As an advanced rider you have the option of either booking a regular group trail ride of $1,15 hours or to book an advanced riders private trail ride. in the latter option you will have the possibility to also trot and canter (your wrangler will assess your riding capabilities and determine the gait)
Regular group trail ride of 1.15 hours: $ 75
Advanced riders private trail ride of 1.15 hours: $ 85
Important information:
- Age: Riders must be 11 years of age or older at the time of the ride. Double ridding to accommodate younger riders is not allowed.
- Weight limit: our horses can accommodate riders up to 200 lbs.
- What to wear: Long pants and closed-toe shoes, preferably boots with a heel. Dress appropriately for the weather.
- Arrive early: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time of your ride to get checked in and waiver signed
- Refund rules: refund will be honored when cancelling at least 24hrs prior to the start of the trail ride.
